Terms of Service

LEGAL · YZS-UK-TOS-2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the YOUZSE LTD website at youzse.fit. Professional services are covered separately in our Terms and Conditions.

1. About These Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by YOUZSE LTD at youzse.fit (the "Website"). YOUZSE LTD is a United Kingdom company with its place of business at 66 Paul Street, LONDON, EC2A 4NA United Kingdom. Contact: tech@youzse.fit and +44 7127 995133.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms apply to website use only. The provision of cybersecurity services, cloud computing, software development, infrastructure, hosting, data processing, CDN, streaming platforms, AI solutions, DevOps, digital platforms and related professional services is governed by separate contracts and by our Terms and Conditions at terms-and-conditions.html.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

The Website is intended for business and professional users. You must use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, related systems or networks; probe, scan or test vulnerability except with our prior written authorisation; introduce malware, harmful code or excessive automated traffic; scrape or harvest data by automated means in a manner that impairs the Website or violates applicable law; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the Website to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or offensive material.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Website, our clients or third parties.

3. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design system elements and compilation, is owned by YOUZSE LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and international treaties.

You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation of YOUZSE LTD. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Website content for commercial publication without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.

"YOUZSE", related marks and the visual identity used on youzse.fit are associated with YOUZSE LTD. No licence to use our marks is granted except as necessary to identify YOUZSE LTD accurately in good-faith business communications.

4. No Professional Advice Through the Website Alone

Content on the Website is provided for general information about our capabilities in cybersecurity, computer systems design, cloud computing, software development, infrastructure, data processing, CDN, streaming, AI, DevOps and digital platform development. It does not constitute tailored professional, technical, security or legal advice.

You should not rely on Website content as a substitute for a scoped engagement. Formal advice, assessments and deliverables are provided only under written agreements.

5. Enquiries and Verification Requests

Forms and contact channels, including those on contact.html and communications to tech@youzse.fit, allow you to request information or a verification desk response. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services. We will respond as reasonably practicable. Any subsequent engagement will be subject to agreed scope, fees and contractual terms.

You must ensure information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy at privacy-policy.html.

6. Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUZSE LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in relation to the Website and its content.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, YOUZSE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

9. Privacy and Cookies

Processing of personal data is described in privacy-policy.html. Use of cookies is described in cookie-policy.html. Those documents form part of the legal framework for Website use.

10. Changes to the Website and These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on youzse.fit. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact

13. Additional Website Conduct and Notices

You agree not to interfere with the ordinary operation of youzse.fit, including by imposing unreasonable load on our infrastructure or by circumventing access controls. You agree not to frame the Website or mirror substantial portions without prior written consent.

Any feedback you provide about the Website may be used by YOUZSE LTD to improve its digital presence without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly attribute feedback to you without permission.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use and supersede prior website terms, without affecting separate service contracts.

Notices to you may be posted on the Website. Notices to us should be sent to tech@youzse.fit or to our London address. Website serial reference for these Terms: YZS-UK-TOS-2026.

YOUZSE LTD provides the Website to communicate its verification-led approach to cybersecurity services, computer systems design, cloud computing solutions, enterprise infrastructure, software development services, API development, database management, web hosting services, data processing, content delivery networks, streaming platform solutions, artificial intelligence solutions, DevOps and automation, and digital platform development. Descriptive case summaries and service layer explanations on the Website are illustrative and may be simplified for readability. They do not guarantee identical outcomes for every organisation. Outcomes depend on scope, existing estate condition, client cooperation, third-party constraints and the specific statement of work agreed in writing.

Where the Website references verification registers, serial labels such as YZS-UK-2026, certificate framing or inspection fields, these are brand and methodology communications and do not themselves create regulated certification, accreditation or assurance opinions unless expressly stated in a signed deliverable. Formal assurance, testing results and architecture decisions are issued only under engagement terms.

You must not use Website materials to suggest that YOUZSE LTD has endorsed a third-party product, service or security claim without our prior written approval. You must not impersonate YOUZSE LTD personnel or misuse our contact details, including tech@youzse.fit and +44 7127 995133.

If you believe content on the Website infringes intellectual property rights or contains errors affecting safety or compliance understanding, please notify us promptly at tech@youzse.fit with sufficient detail for investigation. We will consider notices in good faith and may remove or amend content where appropriate.

14. Availability, Maintenance and Security of the Website

We endeavour to keep youzse.fit available and reasonably secure, consistent with our professional focus on cybersecurity and infrastructure. Planned maintenance, emergency security patching, hosting provider incidents, CDN disruptions, or force majeure events may cause interruption.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own devices, browsers and network connections used to access the Website are suitably secured and updated. You should not submit sensitive secrets, passwords for production systems, or special category data through general website forms unless a secure, expressly designated channel has been arranged in writing.

If you discover a security vulnerability affecting youzse.fit, please report it responsibly to tech@youzse.fit with enough detail for reproduction, without publicly disclosing exploit details until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.

15. User-Submitted Materials

If you submit materials through the Website, including enquiry text, attachments or feedback, you grant YOUZSE LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those materials for the purpose of responding to you and evaluating a potential engagement. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the materials and that submission does not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality duties owed to others.

We may refuse or delete submissions that appear unlawful, abusive, misleading or technically unsafe. Submission of materials does not oblige us to enter into a contract or to return physical media.

16. Relationship to Commercial Engagements

Descriptions on about.html, services.html and portfolio.html outline the types of work YOUZSE LTD undertakes, including cybersecurity services, computer systems design, cloud computing solutions, software development, enterprise infrastructure, web hosting, API development, database management, data processing, content delivery networks, streaming platform solutions, artificial intelligence solutions, DevOps and automation, and digital platform development.

Commercial terms for such work, including fees, service levels, intellectual property in deliverables, confidentiality, data processing roles, liability caps and termination rights, are set out in our Terms and Conditions and in the specific proposal, statement of work or master services agreement applicable to your organisation.

In the event of conflict between these Website Terms of Service and a signed service contract, the signed service contract prevails for the engagement, while these Terms continue to govern general Website use.

17. Indemnity for Website Misuse

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOUZSE LTD from and against reasonably foreseeable losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights in connection with materials you submit, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

18. Assignment and Third-Party Rights

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or novate our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor as part of a corporate reorganisation or business transfer. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term, except that lawful assignees may enforce assigned rights.
